Acknowledgements
Thanking people who helped in the process of writing or publishing the book, or who acted as inspiration and support. Some publishers put this at the start of the book. Americans spell it as “Acknowledgments” (no second “e”).
Previews And Teasers
Suggestions for further reading by the same author which the reader might enjoy. At the simplest level it might be a cover and the blurb for another book, with the page headed “Read next”, “Further reading”, or even just the book title. That promoted book might be the next in the series, or another book in the same genre by the author. The page may include some testimonials or review quotes.
