Correct Punctuation And Formatting Issues

We’re aiming at good writing, perfectly presented, with no errors, so a lot of rewriting is an attempt to get nearer to that goal.

Correcting common issues is a surprisingly quick process, since a word processor will probably let you fix these across the whole document with its find and replace feature. Any good grammar and punctuation book will give you many more things to consider and you will end up with your own list.
